(information passed on from Aunty Karyn - please let me know if this isn't correct).
Aunty Rangi has been to the Maori Land Court to get information in regards to building on the land and the % of share holders that need to approve the erection of a building - The Maori Land Court states it needs to be 75% of land shareholders.
